SINGAPORE: Two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Andre will close its doors permanently on Feb 14 future year.

In a assertion on Tuesday (Oct 10), chef Andre Chiang – the gentleman powering the fine-eating outfit in Tanjong Pagar – explained the go will come soon after a determination to re-prioritise his skilled lifetime.

Mr Chiang began his culinary journey at Le Jardin de Sens in Montpellier, France, education beneath Jacques and Laurent Pourcel. Nine yrs later, he became head chef of the a few-starred Michelin restaurant.

Mr Chiang has also labored beneath France’s most respected cooks such as Pascal Barbot, Pierre Gagnaire, Joël Robuchon and Michel Troisgros.
